Established in 1993, Bromilow is a vibrant Sunshine Coast company offering a range of services to assist people in and around their homes. Bromilow works with clients throughout the region, from Caboolture to Pomona.

One of our primary roles is to help seniors and disabled people to both maintain their independence and enjoy an enhanced quality of life. We're also here to assist busy people of all ages who need help with day-to-day chores.

Bromilow’s main streams of service are:

  • Personal care
  • In-home respite care and
  • Help with housework

All of these services are available every day of the year.

We are very flexible in our service delivery, tailoring our services to the specific requirements of clients. The service can be as regular or casual as clients require.

Bromilow is not an agency; people working with us are employees of the company. We carefully select our staff, not only for their professional experience but also for their personal qualities. All personal care staff have a minimum qualification of a Certificate 111 in Aged Care and our Code of Conduct establishes the professional standards we work to.

Rest assured our staff are fully covered with Workcover and we have Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance in place.

Bromilow enjoys an excellent reputation in the community services arena. For example:

  • Bromilow is an approved provider of Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) through the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing. These Packages assist many elderly people throughout the Sunshine Coast region;
  • Bromilow is one of the largest CACP service providers on the Sunshine Coast;
  • Bromilow is an approved provider of community care services for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs through the Veterans’ Home Care program;
  • Bromilow provides in-home respite services through the National Respite for Carers’ Program (NRCP). NRCP is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing;
  • Bromilow is an approved provider of services for Disability Services Queensland;
  • We work closely with Sunshine Coast and Brisbane hospitals to provide care in the home to elderly out-patients;
  • Bromilow is an approved service provider for the Home and Community Care (HACC) program which is jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments;
  • Various support groups, service organisations and insurance companies broker services for their clients through Bromilow.
